This position is primarily field-based and includes daily travel to local job sites using a company-provided vehicle. Responsibilities include evaluating roofing systems, identifying damage or areas of concern, recommending appropriate solutions, and performing repairs that meet company quality and safety standards. You will be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, climbing ladders, and completing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Qualifications: At least one to two years of experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with homeowners. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record that satisfies company and insurance requirements. Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Flexibility to work overtime and two Saturdays per month during the busy season.
