School Speech Language Pathologist - Valparaiso, IN

We are seeking three experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (CCCs preferred; no SLPA roles available) ready to make a meaningful impact in elementary and intermediate school settings for the upcoming school year. These positions offer flexibility in scheduling and support for diverse caseloads across several welcoming campuses. Key Qualifications: Hold a current SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred Previous school-based experience is highly desirable Ability to manage caseloads of approximately 70-100 students Familiarity with providing services to developmental preschool through middle school populations Collaborative mindset for consulting and coordinating with instructional staff and support aides (SLA support available or discussed per assignment) Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Role Responsibilities: Deliver direct therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals Assess, plan, and implement intervention strategies for a broad range of communication disordersParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations Maintain accurate records and progress notes Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to support student success Adjust to placements at multiple sites, with flexible daily schedules and lunch breaks Enjoy a dynamic, supportive environment where you can thrive professionally while positively influencing student growth.
