Our Pastry Chef will be responsible for all products produced in our shop and will manage a team of about 6 people. We make all products from scratch in a super clean environment. We have a full pastry department where in we produce cakes, mini pastries, individual desserts. Our products are made with scratch based mousse, custards, whip cream and buttercream. Our bakery department produces breads, tarts, cookies, croissants, danish,muffins, etc. We have a great team in production and sales. We are open Tuesday - Saturday 7 am until 4 pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays except when the holidays require us to be open. We have been in business 32 years. We all love what we do and make!
