Executive Chef I am hiring on behalf of a prestigious luxury boutique hotel seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and commercially focused culinary leader to oversee multiple dining outlets and banquet operations while delivering exceptional food quality and memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead all culinary operations, including restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining. Develop seasonal menus while maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation. Manage food and labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and departmental budgets. Recruit, mentor, and develop the culinary team while maintaining high performance standards. Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive operational success. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Ideal Candidate Previous Executive Chef experience within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing culinary teams. Proven knowledge of menu development, cost control, budgeting, and kitchen operations. Passion for delivering exceptional cuisine and creating memorable guest experiences.
