Registered Nurse (RN)- PRN Various Shifts As a Registered Nurse (RN) joining our team, you’ll provide exceptional care to patients, focusing on adult, acute behavioral health treatment within our 12‑bed unit. How you’ll contribute Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record Be responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient Perform timely and accurate QI assessments Benefits Comprehensive Benefits: Multiple levels of medical, dental, and vision coverage for full‑time and part‑time employees. Qualifications The registered nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the total care of patients as delegated. Applicants should have a current VA or compact RN license. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. Handle with Care certification required within 6 months.
