Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health - Night Shift Sign on Bonus: up to $20,000 You will provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a 12‑bed acute behavioral health unit. This role includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Responsibilities Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient Perform timely and accurate QI assessments Qualifications Current VA or compact RN license Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire Handle with Care required within 6 months Preferred: ACLS, PALS & ASLS certification Preferred: One year of med/surg or behavioral health experience Benefits Comprehensive benefits: multiple levels of medical, dental, and vision coverage for full‑time and part‑time employees Professional development: ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities EEO Statement Twin County Regional Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
