We are seeking a Licensed Benefits Agent to help individuals review life and health benefit options designed to protect income, support families, and plan for long-term financial security. In this remote role, you will meet virtually with individuals exploring coverage, explain available solutions, answer questions, and guide clients through selecting and enrolling in coverage that fits their needs.

This is a salaried internal position supported by training, technology, and leadership guidance so you can focus on client conversations and building long-term relationships.

\n

What You'll Do

\n

• Meet with individuals through scheduled virtual appointments to review life and health benefit options

\n

• Explain how coverage solutions work so clients can confidently evaluate their choices

\n

• Help clients compare plans based on their goals, priorities, and budget

\n

• Guide individuals through applications and policy approval steps

\n

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication

\n

• Provide ongoing client support, including policy reviews and updates as needs change

\n

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

• Active Life & Health Insurance License required in your state of residence

\n

• Experience in insurance, financial services, advising, or sales preferred

\n

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

\n

• Organized and comfortable managing multiple client conversations

\n

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

\n

• Comfortable using video meetings and CRM systems

\n
