• Carpentry experience
• Light plumbing & electrical
• Outside work experience
• Commercial maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable & dependable work ethic
• Valid driver’s license

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work orders
• General repairs
• Exterior/property upkeep
• Preventive maintenance
• Assisting with maintenance projects
