- Use data and knowledge to promote positive patient outcomes and unit improvement
- Educate patients and families, respecting cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines
- Assume accountability for quality care and professional responsibility
Required:
- Valid RN license in Florida
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
- Proficiency with computers, software, and web-based applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
- Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing
