Role Overview Seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead in designing and managing complex employee benefit plans within a dynamic global reward services practice. This position involves Supporting plan analysis, design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking Serving as project manager and primary client contact, coordinating across teams Maintaining client relationships, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior staff Managing engagement risks, compliance, billing, and budgeting Identifying new client opportunities and presenting recommendations Contributing to market and business development activities Qualifications & Skills Minimum five years (Senior Manager: eight years) of recent experience in employer benefit strategies Bachelor's degree; professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or advanced degrees like MBA or certifications (e.g., CEBS, CCP, GPHR) Experience leading large client engagements and managing service teams Deep industry knowledge across benefits, regions, and carriers; consulting experience a plus Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Ability to review quantitative work, develop junior staff, and articulate complex information Willingness to work at client sites and travel as needed Key Responsibilities Designing and managing employee benefit plans Serving as a client lead and team coordinator Building and maintaining client relationships Managing project risks, compliance, and financial performance Participating in business development and market activities #J-18808-Ljbffr Azza HealthCare Agency
