Data Scientist

Salary: $90,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a masters degree in a statistical or mathematical discipline such as engineering, social science, or statistics.
• We require at least 2 years of experience with predictive modeling, statistical inference, and deep learning.
• We require experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• We require experience preparing and delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We require proficiency in R or Python.
• We require a strong commitment to security-minded decision-making in daily work.
• We prefer a doctorate in a statistical or mathematical field such as engineering, social science, or statistics.
• We prefer experience designing experiments.
• We prefer experience exploring and visualizing data.
• We prefer experience with Linux/Unix.
• We prefer experience with SQL.
• We prefer experience handling and combining data from multiple sources and formats.
• We prefer experience applying causal inference methods to observational data, such as matching or weighting.

• We collaborate with our team to design and deliver analytical solutions that create meaningful business impact.
• We extract, cleanse, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• We perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• We build predictive models to support data-driven decisions.
• We design and manage experiments, ensuring accurate execution and interpretation.
• We apply causal inference techniques to observational data to identify relationships.
• We prepare clear documentation of methods, findings, and recommendations.
• We create and present insightful reports and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• We partner with cross-functional teams to implement and operationalize analytical solutions.
