Fabrication Operator Job Purpose: Perform operation of Excellon & Hitachi drill machines, PCB X‑Ray equipment, Laser drill and XRT X‑Ray tooling equipment in the Drill area in the PCB facility. Nature of Duties / Responsibilities Candidate must be able to run NC routing equipment both in manual and automatic mode and be able to make necessary scale and step changes when required. This position will require experience in fabrication, planarization and lamination and drilling. Must be experienced in using measuring devices (micrometers and dial calipers) and scopes to measure the line width, spacing, cut‑outs, routed features and overall product sizes of the product being processed. Education and Experience Minimum of 2–5 years experience in drilling and routing operations. Good verbal, writing and reading/communication skills. Understanding of process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints. Previous working experience in the lamination operation. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Availability to work overtime. Eligibility This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a U.S. Citizen or a lawful permanent resident. The actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
