Project Manager

Description Ford Office Technologies is seeking an organized, results-driven, and collaborative Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across the organization while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with company objectives. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of assigned projects. This position works closely with leadership, internal departments, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to establish project requirements, develop schedules, coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure project objectives are achieved. The Project Manager serves as a central point of communication throughout the project lifecycle and is responsible for maintaining accountability, identifying potential obstacles, and driving projects forward from initiation through completion. The Project Manager will balance multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and resource requirements. Lead and coordinate project activities across departments and teams. Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor budgets and expenses, coordinate resources, and track progress against established project plans. Serve as a primary point of coordination for project stakeholders, including leadership, team members, customers, and vendors. Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, obstacles, and potential delays. Define project scope, objectives, requirements, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders. Develop detailed project schedules and establish realistic milestones and completion dates. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the successful execution of projects. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules, resources, and priorities as necessary. Identify, document, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies. Facilitate project meetings and maintain accurate documentation of decisions, responsibilities, action items, and deadlines. Communicate project status, accomplishments, risks, and concerns to leadership and other appropriate stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered. 3–5+ years of project management, project coordination, operations, or related professional experience. Demonstrated experience managing projects from planning and initiation through implementation and completion. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Experience developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and performance measures. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, project requirements, and business needs in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Experience within office technology, managed services, IT services, operations, or a related service-based environment is a plus.
