Sea Mar Community Health Centers Sea Mar is a federally qualified health center that provides comprehensive health, human, and cultural services, specializing in service to Latino communities in Washington State. Key Responsibilities Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments. Register patients and accurately enter demographic information. Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records. Assist patients with forms, services, and referrals to community resources. Support back‑office staff in addressing clinical quality measure gaps. Maintain a clean, organized front desk and patient waiting areas. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; previous medical or dental front office experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to manage a multi‑line phone system and basic office equipment. Comfortable in a fast‑paced clinic environment with frequent patient interaction. What We Offer Starting Wage: $21.30 per hour. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Saturday.
