Job Description:

Inpatient Rehab RN responsible for providing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care, focusing on the mobility and recovery of neurological, cardiac, and orthopedic patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in an inpatient rehab unit.
• Perform medical-surgical nursing procedures as ordered, including catheterization, IV insertions, and wound care.
• Document care and patient progress using Meditech.

Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• Willingness to learn specialty patient mobilization skills and rehabilitation-specific documentation.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Experience in neurological, cardiac, and/or orthopedic nursing preferred.
