Bartender

Who you are: An integral member of the restaurant’s service team who excels at hospitality, thrives in a busy workplace and has the capacity for quick but thoughtful decision making.

Previous bartending experience and knowledge of proper steps of service are a must. 

What you’ll do: Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests. Bartenders must have in-depth knowledge of our food and beverage menus, as well as a comprehensive base knowledge of wine, spirits, classic cocktails, and culinary techniques. We are a fast paced restaurant that requires staff to work together to ensure a seamless and professional guest experience. The person in this role should enjoy a busy pace while maintaining a sense of urgency and ensuring proper steps of restaurant service. Keeping a clean and organized work space is a must. This also includes daily restocking of all bar products, mixers, syrups and garnishes as well as regular cleaning of all bar surfaces. 

This position necessitates effective communication with other staff members, management, and the kitchen during service.

What we need from you: 2-3 years previous bartending experience is a must. Willing and eager to learn more about food, wine, and hospitality. Schedule availability for at least 3 shifts.
