About the Role Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine spirits and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods. What You Will Do Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and Four Seasons Standards. Pour and mix a variety of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks and accurately process cash and credit card transactions. Serve and take orders from guests seated at the bar area, offering vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste, and preparation methods while maintaining a working knowledge of food, liquors, wines, beers, ports, Armagnacs, eau de vie, cognacs and specialty drinks. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, responding urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. What you bring Minimum two years bartending or related work. Hawaii Food Handler Card. Maui Liquor Card ServSafe (within 3 months). Tuberculosis clearance. What We Offer Competitive salary & wages.
