Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, encouraging social interaction and engagement. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents by following established protocols. Support meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed, ensuring dietary requirements are met. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans effectively. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including infection control procedures.
