A leading national truck-trailer rental and leasing organization is hiring an Operations Management Trainee in Phoenix, AZ. The Operations Management Trainee role offers structured development, mentorship, and exposure to both field operations and customer account management. You will work in a fast-paced transportation yard and office environment, learning how to support customers, manage equipment, coordinate repairs, and contribute to branch success.

Key Responsibilities
- Comfortable working approximately 80 percent outdoors in a transportation yard and 20 percent in an office setting.
- Assist commercial customers with trailer rental needs, equipment options, account questions, and service support.
- Inspect trailers using handheld technology, including identifying damage, equipment concerns, and repair needs.
- Support daily yard operations, equipment inventory, trailer assignments, vendor coordination, and operational tracking.
- Help manage customer accounts, including credit support, collections assistance, and insurance verification.
- Coordinate repair work with vendors, mechanics, and internal team members to keep equipment available and operational.
- Use technology to complete inspections, update records, manage equipment, and support branch operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043, onsite.
- Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm.
- Available Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift.
