Die Cutter Operator

Job Overview ProMach ID Technology is looking for a Die‑Cutter Operator to operate our new ABG 21" Die Cutter in our Pewaukee, WI facility. In this role you will help produce high‑quality flexographic label products and support a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate the finishing die cutter. Perform rewind and inspection work, inspecting all products as they are rewound off the presses. Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria. Package finished products according to supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria. Assist in the set‑up of finishing equipment. Monitor the daily ship list and communicate progress or problems to the Production Manager. Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in daily work. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and a safe, clean work environment. Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures. Qualifications Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Comfortable operating small machinery. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Ability to work efficiently and accurately. Good communication skills and a desire to help your team succeed.
