What You'll Do

• Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs
• Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and community activities
• Encourage independence while helping individuals achieve their personal goals
• Build trusting relationships with individuals and their families
• Complete accurate daily documentation
• Protect the rights, dignity, and safety of every individual served

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass Pennsylvania background checks and drug screening
• First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
