Direct Support Professional - Adult Day Program - Cherry Hill, NJ Overview As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Adult Day Program, you will empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life. The DSP works across Camden and Burlington County and the Cherry Hill Day Programs hires for 1st shift, Monday through Friday 7a-3p or 8a-4p. Responsibilities Empower individuals to develop skills for daily life Support the personal growth of the people we serve Encourage independence through personalized plans of care Plan events and outings to build connections within the community Communicate with residents’ families and guardians Qualifications Are 18 years of age or older Have a current, non-provisional driver's license in good standing Possess a high school diploma or GED Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in caretaker or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities The current hiring range for this position is: $19.06 - 19.44 per hour.
