Requisition #: 657690 Location: Cherry Hill, NJ, US, 08003 Job Description The Administrative Support Worker Lead is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including ordering, data entry, filing, and other clerical duties. The role requires interacting with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions may vary based on client requirements and business needs. Benefits may vary by location. Job Responsibilities Perform administrative functions such as distributing mail, ordering and stocking supplies, answering phones and greeting visitors. Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving and/or human resources including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance. Greet customers, clients and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls when necessary. Schedule meetings. Maintain office memos and informational postings. Operate technology, systems and software such as voicemail, copy/scanners, PCs and MS Office. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience. Excellent written and interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel and Word. Ability to connect with employees and work quickly and efficiently. Strong digital literacy in Office, internet, typing, databases and spreadsheet software.
