MOT Supervisor/Engineer

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of supervising and managing large-scale construction projects and construction crews on roadway work. They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Black Canyon City, AZ. Daily reporting for MOT operations. Tracking and scheduling subcontractors. MOT shift could be night, swing or day’s.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS

The ideal candidate is someone who can manage an entire project, and understands civil construction, and/or has experience in civil engineering. There will be multiple self-perform crews, and you will assist in managing subcontractors, managing schedules and attending meetings with the owner's reps.
