Die Setter (Injection Molding) - 2nd & 3rd Shift

Overview Die Setters to support production operations on 2nd and 3rd shifts across multiple plant locations. These roles are critical to keeping production lines running efficiently and safely, especially during high-volume schedules and changeovers. This is a hands-on manufacturing opportunity offering competitive pay, full benefits, and long-term growth potential. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and emergency mold changes per production requirements Set up and verify die-related systems including water, hydraulics, pneumatics, and hot runners Load, unload, and safely transport dies and mold equipment Inspect, repair, and replace die inserts or components as needed Maintain die storage organization and supply inventory Complete and submit all setup documentation accurately Follow all OSHA and internal safety standards, policies, and procedures Collaborate with maintenance and production teams during line setups or troubleshooting Qualifications 6+ months of experience in die setting, mold changeovers, or similar manufacturing setup role Strong understanding of injection molding machinery and related equipment Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, work on your feet, and perform repetitive physical tasks High school diploma or GED preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and safety-first mindset Able to work scheduled 2nd or 3rd shift hours as needed Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays & Vacation Advancement & Internal Promotion Opportunities Clean, team-oriented, and well-managed work environment Locations Auburn Hills, MI Port Huron, MI Sterling Heights, MI Please indicate preferred location when applying.
