Guest Experience Coordinator

Pittman Enterprise is looking for highly qualified phone specialists to work in our service BDC Department, setting appointments for our Loyal Lexus Guests.Our Business Development Center Representative is responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company’s service goals and to Drive traffic for our service departments by setting appointments for prospective Guest’s by:Handling incoming calls and following up on Guest’s visits in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.Responding to Internet Lead requestsFollowing up with past customersMust be willing and able to make a high volume of outbound calls each day.Greet and assist customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy — by phone, text, email, or in personProvide a superior Guest experience and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfactionSchedule service appointmentsMeet specified monthly targets and goalsCheck email frequently and respond to inquiries immediatelyGenerate service appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential Guest’sListen and be attentive to Guest needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle service requirements.Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all Guest’s, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive attitudeWork in close partnership with service consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on Guest requirementsService BDC Representative Preferred Skills and Experience:Strong communication skills –both verbal and writtenTeam-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goalsConfident, positive attitude and a commitment to Guest satisfactionSelf-starter, motivated and success-drivenOutstanding follow-up skillsExceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.detail-oriented, and comfortable using multiple software toolsPrior customer relations or BDC experience is preferred but not required.
