Director of Sales

Summary
Director of Sales - Brick & Banister Real Estate Co. Most sales postings promise a dynamic opportunity, competitive splits, and a growth mindset preferred, and then never say another true thing. We are going to skip that part and just tell you what the job is. The Role The job is to sell homes. You build your own pipeline, manage your own opportunities, and close your own business in a commission-only role with no income floor and no ceiling. Nobody hands you leads and calls it a career. You will also mentor newer agents as they build the skills and the confidence to work independently, and the goal is not to make them need you forever. It is to make them good enough that they do not. If you want a seat where people depend on you permanently, this is not that seat. How We Think About Sales We do not think the market is the problem. We think the person is the whole story. Rate, timing, and inventory become excuses the moment an agent stops asking real questions. We want someone who asks anyway, who digs until they know what is actually driving a client's decision, and who takes ownership of the outcome instead of blaming the market when a deal falls apart. What You Will Have Access To Coaching from Amy. Daily live coaching through Power-Up, real feedback on your active deals, and a team culture built on the GROWTH framework: Grit, Results, Only Leaders, Wealth Building, Teamwork, and Humility. The PLACE platform. An all-in-one system covering CRM, marketing, transaction management, and lender connections, the kind of infrastructure that would cost tens of thousands of dollars to build on your own. Requirements An active real estate license in Minnesota or Wisconsin. Either one works. Compensation and Expectations We are not going to promise you a number. Nobody can honestly guarantee income in a commission-only role, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can tell you is that our team has closed more than 1,000 transactions, and the agents who build something real here do it the same way every time: show up, take ownership, put in the work. If that sounds like the seat you have been looking for, let's talk. Responsibilities
