Required Skills:

• Board certification in both Hematology and Oncology
• Valid medical license in the applicable state
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing hematologic and oncologic disorders
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced oncology treatments and protocols
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Participation in ongoing professional development or research activities
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hematology and oncology practice
• Board certification maintained through continuous education

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Ability to travel for professional development or associated responsibilities, if applicable
