Job Description

• Oversee daily framing activities on multifamily job sites
• Coordinate and manage framing subcontractors
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with plans and specifications
• Work closely with the Lead Superintendent and project leadership
• Assist with inspections, sequencing, and issue resolution
• Support overall site operations during key framing milestones

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 2+ years of framing experience
• Open to a framing subcontractor foreman looking to transition to a fullscale General Contractor
• Strong understanding of woodframe multifamily construction
• Motivated individual interested in longterm career growth
• Ability to work effectively within a larger superintendent and project team structure
