You\'ll work hands-on with your team while overseeing daily operations including mowing, trimming, pruning, spraying, and client relations. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Supervise and manage crews of 2-4 landscape maintenance professionals Train team members on best practices and safety protocols Ensure work orders are completed correctly and on schedule Foster collaborative, supportive team environment Technical Expertise Execute all landscape maintenance activities: mowing, trimming, pruning, spraying Problem-solve quickly and efficiently on-site Maintain equipment and ensure safety compliance Quality control on all maintenance projects Client Relations Communicate professionally with customers on-site Address customer concerns as improvement opportunities Follow up promptly with project managers Build customer loyalty through exceptional service Requirements Experience & Skills Minimum 1 year landscape maintenance experience (crew leadership preferred) Team management and supervision experience Knowledge of turf care, plant healthcare, and maintenance equipment Strong problem-solving and communication skills Customer service oriented mindset Licensing & Background Valid NC Driver\'s License (clean driving record required) Must pass drug screen and background check Reliable transportation to job sites Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Lift up to 50 pounds regularly Stand, walk, and perform physical labor 8+ hours daily About Tim Johnson Landscaping, Inc.
