About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager – Affluent Deposits to help shape the strategic direction and evolution of Prime and Premier Checking products within the Consumer & Small Business Deposits organization. This role will lead the development of differentiated product value propositions, customer experiences, and go-to-market strategies designed to drive sustainable balance growth and high customer satisfaction.As a senior member of the product team, you will operate with a strong P&L-owner mindset, serving as a key arbiter of product-level economics. While this role does not carry direct P&L ownership, it is accountable for defining and owning the economic narrative of the portfolio—evaluating tradeoffs across growth, pricing, customer experience, risk, and funding objectives to inform leadership decision-making.This individual will be responsible for setting product strategies and roadmaps that are customer-centric, financially sound, and competitive in the marketplace.
