Our platform powers store operations for retail brands looking to modernize legacy systems and deliver consistent service across every channel.The RoleJumpmind is looking for a Sr. Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our core commerce platform. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has deep retail technology experience and a track record of translating complex merchant and store operations needs into products that drive measurable business results. You will own the product vision for one or more major product lines and work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to bring high-impact capabilities to market. You'll report directly to the CEO and be a key voice in shaping where Jumpmind invests next.What You'll DoDefine and communicate the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for your product area, aligned to Jumpmind's overall business goalsPartner with Engineering and Design leadership to plan and deliver releases on time and with high qualityBuild a deep understanding of retail operations — POS, order management, inventory, fulfillment — and translate merchant pain points into clear product requirementsOwn the business case for major initiatives, including market sizing, ROI, and prioritization trade-offsWork directly with customers and prospects to gather feedback, validate concepts, and build strong relationships with key accountsPartner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on positioning, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market for new releasesDefine and track success metrics for your product area, using data to guide prioritization decisionsRepresent product management in executive-level planning and strategy discussionsStay current on retail technology trends and the competitive landscape to keep Jumpmind's roadmap ahead of the marketWhat You'll Bring8+ years of product management experienceExperience in retail technology, e-commerce, or unified commerce software (POS, OMS, inventory management, or similar)A track record of shipping and scaling B2B or B2B2C software products with measurable business impactStrong analytical skills, with comfort using data to make prioritization and investment decisionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and customersExperience working in agile development environments alongside Engineering and DesignA collaborative, low-ego leadership style paired with the conviction to make and defend hard prioritization callsBachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plusNice to HaveDirect experience with retail store systems (point of sale, store operations, or supply chain)Experience with API-first or microservices-based commerce platformsBackground working with mid-market or enterprise retail brandsWhy JumpmindThe opportunity to shape the product direction of a growing retail technology companyA collaborative team that values ownership, curiosity, and customer obsessionCompetitive compensation and benefits packageFlexible hybrid/remote work arrangement Jumpmind is an equal opportunity employer.
