Industrial Maintenance Manager

Duties for a Maintenance Manager:
- Set up, implement and maintain a PM schedule for all equipment
- Hire, train and supervise all team members
- Ensure all safety and regulatory compliance requirements are met
- Optimization of all tools and parts as well as vendor management
- Maintain and manage budgets, expenses ordering necessary parts
- Implement a continuous improvement plan for the facility
Qualifications for a Maintenance Manager:
- 5+ years experience in industrial maintenance
- Management / leadership experience
- Trade School or commensurate trainings or certifications
- Ability to manage people, schedules and be a positive model for others
- Extensive electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic experience as it relates to manufacturing and troubleshooting
- Machining, fabrication and welding experience
- Experience with budgets and cost control methodology
