Production Technician

US-Hayward-Production Technician Our client, a leading electrical manufacturing organization, is seeking a US-Hayward-Production Technician to join their team. As a US-Hayward-Production Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting electrical assembly and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Hayward, CA What's the Job? Assemble panelboards and switchboards according to customer specifications using hand and power tools. Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with specifications and codes. Perform electrical wiring assembly utilizing various tools such as wire strippers and pliers. Maintain workflow progress, communicate issues like part shortages or problems to team members. Prepare finished products for shipment and support continuous improvement initiatives. What's Needed? Minimum of one year of experience in an assembly-related role with the use of hand and/or power tools or completion of a one-year Technical School diploma from an accredited institution. Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly and work overtime as required. Effective communication skills in all formats (speech, writing, reading). Ability to follow manufacturing drawings and instructions accurately. Commitment to health and safety practices, actively participating in safety training and activities. What's in it for me?
