Manufacturing Technician
Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous mobility, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be an integral part of the assembly and testing processes, supporting the development of cutting-edge vehicles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location: Hayward, California
Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour
What's the Job?
- Assist in the assembly and testing of vehicles, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Support both hardware and software testing procedures on vehicle systems
- Work closely with team leads and other technicians to facilitate smooth production flow
- Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Contribute feedback to improve build processes, safety, and quality standards
What's Needed?
- Experience working as a technician in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with electrical schematics and harness drawings is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a standing, walking, and manufacturing environment for extended periods
