If you're a motivated individual with foundational skills who is eager to learn and grow into future Foreman/Lead positions, we want to talk to you!
We work on critical infrastructure, including post office dock doors, where professionalism and safety are paramount. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in a skilled trade. What You'll Do- Assist lead technicians in the diagnosis, repair, and installation of dock doors, overhead doors, and industrial door systems.
- Perform routine inspections and support troubleshooting efforts.
- Maintain the highest safety standards, consistently utilizing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and steel-toe shoes.
- Uphold a reputation for professionalism and exceptional service on all job sites.
- Engage in physically demanding work, including bending for extended periods and lifting to 50 lbs.
- Travel to various job sites daily, out of town, with travel expenses paid by the company.
What You'll Bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance, welding, electrical work, or other transferable skilled trades.
- Basic knowledge of tools and a willingness to learn advanced techniques.
- A strong commitment to safety protocols and operational excellence.
- Ability to perform the physical demands required for the role.
- Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
- A desire to grow into a foreman/lead role with comprehensive training.
