Construction Procurement Specialist

Twin City Staffing is seeking a construction procurement specialist to join a growing nationwide construction and restoration organization!

This fully remote opportunity is perfect for a self-starter with a strong background in estimating, procurement, and vendor compliance who enjoys working cross-functionally with project teams and suppliers. Apply today!

Location: Fully Remote

Wage: $70,000 - $77,000/yr.

Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Additional Details: Rotating on-call schedule required; travel may be required (including potential hurricane response support)

Duties of the construction procurement specialist:

Manage subcontractor onboarding and insurance compliance
Source and purchase materials for nationwide multi-site projects
Coordinate vendor bids, proposals, and project budgets
Negotiate with suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities
Oversee nationwide warranty work orders and validate vendor invoices

Requirements of the construction procurement specialist:

5+ years of construction purchasing experience
Background in estimating, procurement, or restoration projects
Knowledge of remodeling, reconstruction, or insurance-related builds
Proficiency with MS Office and construction platforms like Procore
