Seeking a BC/BE Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join an established outpatient practice in Western Maine, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive community health setting.

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient primary care practice
• Provide preventive, diagnostic, and long-term chronic disease management
• Manage conditions including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and routine wellness care
