Responsibilities
Cultivate meaningful relationships with local individuals and families to provide them with the right protection.
Evaluate current insurance policies for prospective clients and offer thoughtful, well-researched alternatives.
Engage in community outreach to increase awareness of the specific value we offer at The Atlantic District.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible coverage terms for our clients.
Manage your sales pipeline with consistency and follow through on every lead with sincerity.
Educate clients on the nuances of their policies so they feel fully confident and secure in their choices.
Requirements
Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Connecticut.
Minimum of three years of experience in personal lines insurance sales.
Advanced proficiency in agency management systems and quoting software.
Comprehensive understanding of local risk factors in the Greater Manchester area.
Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a sustainable book of business.
Strong analytical skills for identifying coverage gaps and opportunities for improvement.
