Production Planner

The DucPac Corporation is seeking a Production Planning & Scheduling Coordinator to support daily production scheduling expediting and workflow coordination across the manufacturing floor. This handson role is critical to keeping production moving and ensuring ontime customer delivery.

Reporting to the Production Control Manager this position translates demand into actionable production plans aligns materials and priorities and works closely with Production Materials and Purchasing teams to resolve issues and keep jobs on track.

This is a fastpaced highly visible role for someone who is proactive organized and comfortable driving priorities on the shop floor.

• Coordinate and track production jobs from release through completion
• Expedite workinprocess across departments to support ontime delivery
• Communicate daily priorities including hot items and work instructions
• Execute ERP/MRP activities to align materials with production schedules
• Coordinate raw material needs with Purchasing
• Submit purchase orders for approval as required
• Monitor schedules identify risks or delays and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain accurate job status and production data in the ERP system
• Partner with the Production Control Manager on daily priorities and KPIs
• Support ERP system enhancements and continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and operational execution

Qualifications :

• 25 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience in production planning scheduling or production control
• ERP/MRP system experience preferred
• Strong organizational communication and followup skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Detailoriented proactive and accountable
