Payrate: $25.67- $27.14/hr.

Summary:

Perform instrumented testing using established procedures to verify machine and component performance against product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up tests, including fixtures, part modifications, required instrumentation, and overall configuration
• Execute tests using computer-controlled systems as well as mechanical control systems
• Collect and record data using both digital and analog measurement systems
• Collaborate closely with engineers and technicians to communicate test progress, issues, and results
• Perform test teardown, cleanup, and equipment reset following completion

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude, including experience with power tools and metalworking equipment
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently with general guidance from management and team members
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
• Working knowledge of refrigeration systems and components
• Basic understanding of heat transfer
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and PLC programming

**Pay Transparency: ***The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.67 - $27.14 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
