This role is an experienced professional with a strong background in Program Management.Your roleTechnical Program Manager to lead the delivery of global Smart Operations and Digital Ordering solutions across multiple international markets. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end software delivery, including planning, integration, testing, deployment, market readiness, and production support for digital platforms across web, mobile, kiosk, POS, and in-store operations.The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading large-scale technology programs, enterprise integrations, Agile delivery, and multi-country rollouts. They will partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Deployment, and Business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions.Your skills and experience10+ years in Technical Program Management or Delivery LeadershipAgile/Scrum and SDLC expertiseGlobal software delivery and deployment managementEnterprise integrations (APIs, Middleware, Payments, POS)Data migration, release management, and cutover planningStakeholder and executive leadership communicationExperience in QSR, Retail, Hospitality, eCommerce, or Franchise Operations preferred#LI-AS2#DI-CM1The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
