Sales Executive Flexible Packaging

Responsibilities Business development, identify market opportunities and drive new business growth in targeted market sectors and territories. Have adequate communication with customers, prospects and influencing companies to build sustainable business relationships. Maintain an accurate business forecast (Sales Pipeline). Manage and grow regional and national accounts. Prepare accurate bids, price quotes and sales reports. Follow-up on quotations, generate sales report on a regular basis. Follow up on Sales & Marketing initiatives. Be a professional business partner for customers, prospects, influencers, and relationships in every activity you do. Plan and organize activities (travel, visits, meetings) required to achieve your personal objectives. Represent a mission-focused company making a measurable impact. Collaborate across functions to ensure delivery excellence. Profile Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus. 4+ years of B2B sales experience in commercial packaging a minimum of 2 years in flexible packaging. Proven track record, demonstrated success in delivering aggressive growth and managing complex sales cycles especially with premium key account customers Strong commercial and technical understanding of packaging and converting. Strategic thinker with strong execution skills. Project management skills, proven ability to manage complex timelines involving multiple stakeholders. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial and pro active mindset. Excellent negotiation skills with a strategic mindset to drive margin growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives. Experience managing large accounts and executing complex sales processes. Willingness to travel regularly for client visits and industry events.
