Senior Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day to day accounting operations and provide strong financial, audit, and payroll support for our client in the leisure/hospitality industry. This role is ideal for a hands on accounting professional who is comfortable working across accounting, payroll, and HR functions. Jonas Club Software experience is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage general ledger activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Assist with month end and year end close processes Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed Process and/or oversee payroll using ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance Partner with HR on payroll-related matters, benefits deductions, and employee changes Utilize Jonas Club Software for accounting, reporting, and operational support Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports, schedules, and financial analyses Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Hands on experience with Jonas Club SoftwarePayroll experience using ADP Exposure to HR-related accounting and payroll processes Strong audit and accounting support experience Compensation $80,000-$90,000 Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision PTO is offered on an accrual basis Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law If you are interested in this position or any other Accounting and Finance career opportunities, please apply and contact Kellie Sclafani at View email address on click.appcast.io.
