Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant, a full-time remote position focused on payroll accounting, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis, requiring strong analytical skills and collaboration with HR and Payroll teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations for payroll and benefits-related accounts Partner closely with Payroll and HR to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll data Perform detailed flux and variance analysis on payroll-related expenses and identify process improvements Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in compensation accounting or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Hands-on experience with ERP systems and payroll platforms; proficiency in Excel and AI-enabled tools is preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
