Blending Production Supervisor

You will guide daily production activities, ensure equipment reliability through strong maintenance oversight, and champion a culture of safety and quality. You will work closely with your team to streamline workflows, maintain a clean and efficient facility, and support continuous improvement across operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on, people-focused leader who excels at developing talent, coordinating complex production activities, and delivering consistent results in a fast-paced environment. **Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Lead crews and teams within the Blending facility, including hiring, training, and developing staff. + Lead teams on routine and preventative maintenance of assigned equipment. + Coordinate and direct the activities of crews and teams that blend products. + Coordinate and direct the activities of crews and teams that perform housekeeping activities. + Ensure safe working conditions for all associates. + Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor. **Minimum Education and Experience** + Lead crews and teams within the Blending facility, including hiring, training, and developing staff. + Lead teams on routine and preventative maintenance of assigned equipment. + Coordinate and direct the activities of crews and teams that blend products. + Coordinate and direct the activities of crews and teams that perform housekeeping activities. + Ensure safe working conditions for all associates. + Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor. **Preferred Education and Experience** + Bachelor's of Science Degree in Agriculture, Logistics, or Business. **Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors** + Able to move freely throughout Agribusiness facilities, including climbing vertical heights (0-150'). + Able to carry tools and equipment (0-50 pounds). + Exposure to extreme temperatures (0-100°F), humidity (0-100%), noise (50db-100db), and chemicals (MSDS sheets available). + Able to wear protective equipment. + Required to travel to remote Agribusiness facilities and customer locations. \#LI-KD1 _Perdue Farms Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
