Memorial Transplant Institute at Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a dynamic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team. Job Overview Memorial Transplant Institute is a growing UNOS‑approved program rated 1 in Florida for kidney outcomes for 1‑year survival. The selected candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of exceptional providers to guide patients through every facet of transplant care. Responsibilities Coverage of inpatient services for the kidney‑pancreas program. Management of kidney and pancreas transplant recipients. Care of end‑stage renal disease patients. Schedule & Compensation Schedule requirements: 6 PM – 6 AM, with rotating weekend and holiday coverage. This is a full‑time position offering competitive benefits and a compensation package based on experience and training. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity. Qualifications Nurse Practitioner: must hold current national Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (AGACNP). Physician Assistant: must have a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or equivalent) from an ARC‑PA accredited program and possess a Physician Assistant Certification.
