• Support day‐to‐day warehouse operations focused on receiving, shipping, material handling, and documentation accuracy.
• This role helps ensure materials flow efficiently, safely, and in compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely receipt of inventory into SAP.
• Coordinate the manifesting, preparation, and delivery of ASO books to Iron Mountain.
• Assist with Cycle Count activities and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, following 5S and workplace safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams (Materials, Production, Quality, Logistics) to resolve discrepancies and support operational workflow.
• Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support special projects, urgent material requests, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

• SAP knowledge is highly desirable.
• Experience in warehousing, stores, or materials handling operations.
• Ability to be trained and apply supply chain policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver day‐to‐day objectives with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to follow established routines, standards, and work instructions.
• General awareness of systems and procedures related to warehouse or material control activities.

Education:

• High school, secondary school, or equivalent education is desirable.
