Warehouse ClerkThe Warehouse Clerk is responsible for clerical duties related to shipping and receiving activities. This position performs administrative tasks in addition to Material Handler responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesContact carriers and schedule shipping orders going outProcess orders based on customers preferred shipping system (ups, FedEx-express)Track inventory and report any shortage to sales teamResponsible for scheduling receiving and shipping appointmentsAdage Crystal Report and receive data into systemCreate warehouse transfers, stock transfers and shipping documentsPrint daily shipping ordersCommunicate with customer service and supply chain departmentsAnswering phones and updating recordCandidate ProfilePrevious experience in a warehouse or with heavy lifting preferredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds continually during shiftAbility to consistently meet minimum production standards and company service levelsMust obtain proper powered industrial truck certifications during initial training phaseAbility to understand and follow both written and verbal instructionsAbility to operate pallet jack and other required materials handling equipment (MHE)Must be able to build full pallets orders with bags or boxes that can weigh up to 50lbsMust be able to use scanning equipment because all warehouse items are bar codedMust be able to operate or be willing to learn to operate the stand-up and sit-down equipmentBenefitsPTO (Personal time off) Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
