Quality Technician

Black River Falls 915 Red Iron Rd Black River Falls, WI 54615, USA Black River Falls 915 Red Iron Rd Black River Falls, WI 54615, USA Component and assembled part layout in accordance to drawing Line Romer for quality concerns Support / Engage in solutions driven by deviations requested Support Calibration system (inspection, test equipment, functional gages) Complete capability studies on critical, major and minor characteristics Document & record data collected on inspection forms Promote quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations Assist with organization of non-conformance area Support Operations with non-conformance (NCMR) process, inspect parts Follow ITAR processes when appropriate Perform other duties as directed by Manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 years’ experience working in a similar position is preferred

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Quality plans and controls knowledge Gauging knowledge needed CMM knowledge preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Detail Oriented Must have the ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds Must have the ability to stand, sit and walk at least 75% of the time.
